Paid rebuilds and care plans are governed by a written agreement provided before any payment, which states the flat fee, the monthly amount, and what's included. You own your domain and your website. Care plans cancel anytime with effect at the end of the billing period.
We promise the site we launch matches the approved preview, stays under your ownership, and is maintained as described in your agreement. We don't guarantee search rankings, lead volume, or revenue — anyone who does is selling something else.
